NOTICE TO USERS
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES. BY USING OUR PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of the Frank App platform, services, software, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services") provided by Maranatha Solution 21 LLC ("we", "our", "us"). This includes access to real estate tools, investor/broker matching, analytics, and proprietary data via www.frankreapp.com.
1. SUBSCRIPTION & LICENSE
New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. Unless canceled within the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly plan. Users will receive one skip tracing report during the trial period.
By subscribing, you agree to pay a monthly subscription fee and any applicable service upgrades or enhancements. Subscription renews monthly unless canceled. You may cancel by contacting support at (786) 925-4949.
Upon subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal or authorized business use, subject to all restrictions outlined below.
2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Share login credentials with unauthorized users or entities
- Sell, transfer, sublicense, or republish any data from Frank App
- Use the platform for credit evaluation, debt collection, insurance sales, or legal marketing
- Extract or compile data for resale, modeling, or bulk redistribution
- Use automated scraping, bots, or data mining tools
Your usage and search volume may be monitored to prevent abuse.
3. TEAM ACCOUNTS
Team Members must:
- Be authorized employees or contractors of the Primary Account Holder
- Only use the service in connection with the business that owns the account
- Not resell or access the platform for personal investments or outside clients
Violation may result in immediate termination.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Not infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights
- Upload only accurate, truthful, and non-misleading documents (e.g., W2s, pay stubs, tax returns).
- Not impersonate, spoof, or create multiple false accounts
- Avoid overburdening our servers or networks
- Report bugs, unauthorized access, or misuse
- Fraudulent or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.
5. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
6. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All materials, content, data, software, and trademarks are the property of Maranatha Solution 21 LLC. Your license is limited to use only; no intellectual property rights are transferred.
7. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION
We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violation of these terms. Refunds for prepaid services may be offered at our discretion.
You may cancel at any time. Billing will continue until the end of your paid month.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled
- Charges may be applied to any valid payment method on file
- Late or declined payments may result in suspension
- Returned payments are subject to a $20 handling fee
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
By submitting a loan application or other personal data, you consent to sharing this information with our network of pre-vetted lenders for funding consideration. Please review our Privacy Policy for full data handling details
10. DISCLAIMERS
We provide our platform "as-is" without warranties. You agree that:
- We do not guarantee data accuracy or investment performance
- We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by your use
- Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions; certain rights may still apply to you
11. INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Maranatha Solution 21 LLC from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services.
12. CHOICE OF LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Florida. You waive objections to jurisdiction or venue.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
- If any part of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the rest remains valid
- These terms may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance
- Electronic communications (emails, notices) satisfy all legal notice requirements
- No waiver shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver
